All through the process, we are listening -we don't just listen once when we start. We believe that listening is a continuous posture, not just a single moment of action, and that means we are constantly trying to consider you. When we deliver a design, you don't just get more than detailed drawings. You get user- friendly labelling, workflow, and flexibility. We stand on designs that make your users and your venue successful day-in day-out, not just at commissioning.

02 /INTEGRATE

Our focus stays on you from Point A through Point B and beyond. Your capabilities, your system goals, your future compatibility goals, your stewardship of future upgrades, real maintenance costs, your users' ease of training, and a clean work environment, these factors define our success. And when we finish installing your systems, our relationship with you doesn't change. We are still the same responsive, fair, and relationship-focused Lodestar Labs, and we're still on your team.

Some of our favorite projects are the ones that give us special challenges and chances to try something new. We embrace difficult or dynamic rigging, advanced motion control, precise construction schedules, unusual construction challenges, custom furnishings, multi-system interfaces, custom fly-pack design, protocol translation, and numerous other unique integrator challenges. And we have the in-house knowledge and skill set to accomplish your next ambitious project. That translates to clearer understanding of your goal, more direct problem-solving, and less cost.
